Top 12 Maxi Dresses For You Next Photoshoot

If you're looking to book your next session this year, these dresses are a must have in your closet!

I always recommend my clients have a long, full-length, flowy dress for one of their looks during our session. They are perfect for any session because they bring extra movement to your photos. Especially when there is some heavy contract with nature, like wooded areas or my favorite, the beach!

It's best to consider softer fabrics like chiffon or tulle which allow for beautiful movement in the images. When considering the length of your dresses or skirts, I typically recommend long, full length dresses, but midi will work too. This is especially important if you have small children because I love to pose parents and kids together by either sitting or crouching down on the ground to capture some adorable candid moments!
